Responsibilities

1. Assist the sales director in sales management and implement the annual sales plan of the Department;

2. Be responsible for the construction and training of sales team, guide, manage and supervise the business work of subordinates, and assess and motivate subordinates;

3. According to the sales plan, participate in the formulation and adjustment of the sales plan, publicity and promotion plan, and be responsible for the implementation of the specific sales plan;

4. Be responsible for the market development of the company's products, implement and complete the assigned sales tasks;

5. Put forward corrective measures and guidance suggestions for problems in the sales process to ensure the completion of sales objectives;

6. Carry out customer analysis, maintain customer relationship, and tap user needs;

7. Coordinate the handling of major customer complaints and follow up the handling of complaint results.

Job requirements

1. Major in marketing, bachelor degree or above;

2. More than 8 years of auto parts sales background, more than 5 years of sales and project management experience;

3. Excellent team building experience, strong team management ability, and good at coordinating the work of marketing team;

4. Have a keen sense of market, adaptability, leadership and the ability to independently explore the market, strong learning ability, strong logic and good language expression ability;

5. Strong enterprising, energetic, healthy, optimistic and open-minded, full of pioneering spirit;

6. Be able to adapt to frequent business trips;

7. English is preferred.
